Since 2019, we’ve been dedicated to developing our cloud-based real-time 3D Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and infrastructure which leverages the power and scalability of the cloud to enable interactive and immersive real-time 3D experiences that can be accessed remotely on any device.
Our PaaS offers a secure solution to the challenges of the current complicated real-time 3D workflow, which is costly, requires hardware, and is not collaborative.
The 3dverse solution:
Leveraging the power of the cloud, the 3dverse PaaS spawns sessions (a single instance of a rendering of a scene or environment) on demand, and when users connect to a session, a viewport is created without any data duplication. An interactive video is streamed to the user’s device, and as long as there’s an internet connection, the video can be decoded.
The data within the scene never leaves our secure data center, and all users have a viewport on the mutualized 3D scene. This streamlined process eliminates the need for hardware and effortlessly scales resources to accommodate varying demands. One set of resources can host multiple sessions or “worlds” (in 3dverse speak), which can be accessed by multiple users simultaneously from anywhere in the world, unlike the current monolithic real-time 3D providers created in the 90s.
